Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Position Summary
The successful candidate will provide exceptional care, perform full body assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients in achieving their health, recovery, and performance goals. This role is ideal for an RMT who values evidence-informed practice, professional growth, and contributing to a positive, community-minded clinic culture.
Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide safe and effective massage therapy treatments tailored to client goals.

Educate clients on home care, stretching, strengthening, and injury prevention strategies.

Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, physicians, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice.

Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, team oriented clinic environment.
Required Qualifications

Graduate of recognized Massage Therapy program (+2200 Hours preferred).

Current membership with a valid Alberta Massage Association (CMMOTA, NHPC, MTAA, CRMTA, ARMTA, etc.).

Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical problem solvings skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations in a grounded manner.

Excellent communication and client education skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative patient focused team.

Experience with JaneApp is an asset but not required (training provided).

Commitment to continuing self development, professional development and continuing education.
