Doctor of Acupuncture / Acupuncturist (FT / PT)

Position Summary
The successful candidate will provide exceptional care, perform full body assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving their health, recovery, and performance goals. This role is ideal for a Doctor of Acupuncture who values evidence-informed practice, professional growth, and contributing to a positive, community-minded clinic culture.
Responsibilities

Conduct full patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide safe and effective acupuncture treatments tailored to patient goals.

Educate patients on home care.

Maintain accurate treatment records and clinical documentation.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice.

Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, team oriented clinic environment.
Required Qualifications

Graduate of recognized Acupuncture education program

Current,valid membership with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta.

Ability to handle challenging situations in a grounded manner.

Strong assessment, treatment planning and clinical problem solvings skills.

Excellent communication and client education skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative patient focused team.

Experience with JaneApp is an asset but not required (training provided).

Commitment to continuing self development, professional development and continuing education.
